2012年10月にオープンしたチリパーラー９はこの度、閉店することに致しました。
この春より機器の故障やメンテナンスに伴うお休みが続き、日頃よりご来店していただいていたお客様にはご迷惑をおかけしておりました。
できればもう一度この場所で笑顔でお客様をお迎えしたいと、復旧を進めておりましたが、なかなか再開のめどが立たず、昨今の状況下で元通りの営業は難しいと判断いたしました。この地で10年近く営業できたことに感謝し、静かに幕を下ろしたいと思います。
「豆を食べる」。チリパーラー９が大切にしてきたこのコンセプトは、エピエリの既存のお店FACTORY、SUKE6DINER、 EAT GOOD PLACEでこれからも伝え続けていきたいと思います。
ひっそりとレトルトパックのチリの開発にも取り組んできましたので、今後はオンラインで取り寄せることも可能です。１年近くかけて、ようやくチリパーラー９の味が再現できました。お店という場所はなくなってしまいますが、お客様にずっと親しんでいただいた味をこれからもお届けいたします。キャンプやお家ご飯でホットドッグと合わせて楽しんでいただけたら幸いです。
一粒の豆が何万粒もの豆の種である。豆の力は偉大です。
この10年の間ご来店いただいていたお客様、これまでチリパーラー９を支えてくれたスタッフや関係者の皆様に感謝いたします。
An Important Message from Epietriz
We are very sorry to announce that Chili Parlor 9 has made the difficult decision to close on the eve of its tenth anniversary after experiencing repeated closures due to equipment and maintenance issues since last spring. We apologize for the sudden notice and inconvenience to all of our loyal customers.
We have been working on renovations at Chili Parlor 9 in hopes of welcoming our customers back to this location. Despite our best efforts, things have not gone as planned, which has led to the realization that resuming operations would be challenging given the current circumstances. We would like to take this opportunity to quietly close this chapter with gratitude and thank you for letting us serve you here for nearly 10 years since we first opened our doors in October 2012.
“Eat More Beans.” This concept has always been the heart of the food at Chili Parlor 9, and our recipes will live on at each of Epietriz’s other restaurants: FACTORY, SUKE6 DINER, and EAT GOOD PLACE.
We have also been quietly working on recreating our chili in ready-to-eat retort pouches, which will soon be available to order online. After nearly a year of taste testing, we’ve finally been able to recreate the authentic taste of Chili Parlor 9. While our location at Chili Parlor 9 may no longer be around, we will continue to offer the same flavors that our customers have come to know and love. Now you can take our chili camping with you or enjoy it at home for dinner over a few hot dogs.
Just one bean is the seed for thousands more — that is the power of the mighty bean. We would like to thank every one of our customers who have visited us over the past 10 years, as well as our staff and all of those who have supported Chili Parlor 9 over the years.
そしてもう一つ、ご案内がございます。
チリパーラー９の隣のベーカリーFACTORYは、８月２９日から９月下旬の間に改装工事をしてリニューアルオープンいたします。
オープンから14年が経ち、機器の手入れが必要になってきましたので、痛んだ箇所をきれいに直し、素敵なお店になる予定です。
急なお知らせとなってしまったこと、また、約１ヶ月間のお休みとなること、日頃からいらしてくださっているお客様にはご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

FACTORY, Epietriz’s bakery next door to Chili Parlor 9, will undergo renovations from August 29 before reopening in late September.
At 14 years old, FACTORY’s equipment is in need of some TLC, so we plan to give the place a good scrub and make it look great for our guests. We apologize for the sudden notice and any inconvenience this closure may cause our regular customers.
